General Business Terms

Below you will find Credeva’s general business terms and conditions (the “Business Terms”), which have been prepared per the Norwegian Act on Securities Trading (Securities Trading Act) with appurtenant regulations/circulars.

Credeva’s clients are assumed to have accepted the Business Terms and conditions as binding when placing orders, conducting transactions or entering into agreements with Credeva.

These Business Terms apply to – and form part of – the engagement agreement between Credeva and the Principal.
