Sandvoldgruppen AS acquires Dagligvare Oslo AS/ KS

Credeva was financial advisor to Sandvoldgruppen AS in relation to the acquisition of the commercial real estate companies Dagligvare Oslo AS and Dagligvare Oslo KS.

Dagligvare Oslo, owned by a group of financial investors prior to the transaction, hold a portfolio of commercial properties centrally located in Oslo that are on long term rental contracts with large grocery chains. 

Sandvoldgruppen is a family owned company, mainly involved in development and management of residential and commercial properties, as well as financial investments and clothing agencies. The group owns, develops and manages a large number of properties and apartments in Oslo and elsewhere in Norway and distributes several brand names in the action sports segment of the Norwegian market.
