Financial advisory to TTS Group ASA in relation to undisclosed situation

Credeva has been financial advisor to TTS Group ASA in relation to an undisclosed situation. 

TTS Group, publicly listed on Oslo Børs, is a leading provider of cranes and other handling equipment to the maritime industry that divested a major part of its business to MacGregor, a subsidiary of Cargotec Oyj, in 2019 and thereafter altered its business strategy and changed its name to Nekkar ASA.
