Atlantica Tender drilling Ltd raises equity financing

Credeva has been financial advisor to Atlantica Tender Drilling Ltd. in relation to a private placement of new shares in the company amounting to USD 40 million. 

Atlantica Tender Drilling Ltd., controlled by a fund managed by Hitecvision and listed on the Euronext NOTC at the time of the transaction, is an offshore drilling contractor within the tender drilling segment that previously owned and operated a fleet of tender barges and tender semis.
