Experience
Pål has more than 30 years corporate finance and private equity experience. He has been advisor and principal for a large number of M&A transactions, IPOs, equity offerings and restructurings with a special focus on the energy industry.
Previously, Pål has been Senior Partner at HitecVision, Director Corporate Finance at First Securities (previously Elcon Securities) and head of First’s energy sector team for more than ten years. Prior to this, Pål was chief controller and head of strategic planning at Aker ASA, the parent company of Aker Group.
Education
Pål has an M.Sc. in Business (siv.øk.) from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and is a certified public accountant.
