Kjetil has advised on numerous corporate finance transactions over the past 20 years, including public and private M&A transactions, IPOs, equity offerings, bond offerings and restructurings within a broad range of industries.
Prior to founding Credeva in 2014, he was Director Corporate Finance at Sparebank 1 Markets where he was Head of the Energy Service Corporate Finance Team and before this he was Assistant Director Corporate Finance at First Securities.
Education
Kjetil holds an M.Sc. in Business (Siv.øk.) from the Norwegian Business School (BI), and an M.Sc. in Finance from the EDHEC Business School, France.
