Majority stake in Uno Finans AS sold to Enity Holding AB
Credeva has been financial advisor to the majority shareholders of Uno Finans AS, supporting the sellers with valuation and strategic advisory in relation to the sale of the remaining 50.4% of the shares in the company to Enity Holding AB, for a consideration of approximately NOK 570 million.
Uno Finans is a leading Norwegian loan broker and personal finance information platform, while Enity Holding is a Nordic specialist mortgage group. The acquisition marks the final step in Enity’s transition to full ownership, a move driven by the strategic importance of Uno Finans as a key distribution channel. For the selling shareholders, the transaction realizes significant value and secures a long-term industrial home for the company, while Enity strengthens its integrated value chain and reinforces its growth ambitions across the Nordic region.
Since its inception, Uno Finans has established itself as a highly efficient distribution platform, leveraging a sophisticated digital infrastructure and a customer-centric advisory model.
