EMerald Geomodelling AS sold to Xcalibur Multiphysics Group, S.L.

Credeva has been financial advisor to the shareholders and board of EMerald Geomodelling AS, in relation to the sale of 100% of the shares in the company to Xcalibur Multiphysics Group, S.L.

EMerald Geomodelling is a Norwegian technology company specializing in data-driven ground models for large-scale infrastructure, while Xcalibur Multiphysics is a global leader in airborne geophysics and “Earth Intelligence.” For EMerald, joining Xcalibur provides the global platform and technical scale necessary to accelerate its impact on international engineering projects. Conversely, the acquisition allows Xcalibur to strategically enter the infrastructure and utilities market, integrating EMerald’s specialized engineering depth with its own vast geophysical data acquisition capabilities.

Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, and supported by its subsidiary and technical office in Brazil, EMerald Geomodelling leverages proprietary software and machine learning to digitize the subsurface.
