Experience
Bjørn has more than 30 years’ experience as corporate finance advisor and top ranked equity research analyst at several of the leading investment banks in Norway. Over the years, Bjørn has accumulated extensive capital market and transaction experience from a broad range of M&A, ECM and DCM transactions within several industries.
Previously, Bjørn has among other things been Director and Head of the Shipping Corporate Finance team at Sparebank 1 Markets, as well as Senior Equity Research Analyst at Swedbank First Securities, Pareto Securities and Nordea.
Education
Bjørn holds an M.Sc. in Business (Siv.øk.) from the Norwegian Business School (BI).
